Compuware (CPWR) Chairman Warns Of Possible Takeover

According to media report, Compuware Corp. (Nasdaq: CPWR) Chairman Peter Karmanos said in an e-mail to to employees that the company risks an outside takeover unless results start improving. Karmanos said the company is considering recommendations made by an internal committee.
