Sunterra (SNRR) Higher After Confirming Sale Reports

Sunterra Corporation (OTC: SNRR) is 26% higher this morning after the company acknowledged it is in discussions with Las Vegas-based Diamond Resorts, LLC regarding the possible acquisition of Sunterra.

Sunterra said it has not signed an agreement yet and there be no assurance that any transaction will occur.
