Tenaris SA (TS) Denies Takeover Rumors

Shares of steel pipe maker Tenaris SA (NYSE: TS) gained in overseas trading on speculation the company is the target of a takeover bid. Commenting on the speculation, a representative of the company said there is no extraordinary operations under way. TS is majority owned by Italy's Rocca family.
