Eagle Hospitality Properties Trust, Inc. (NYSE: EHP) has established a Special Committee of independent directors to explore strategic alternatives to enhance shareholder value, including a possible sale of the Company. The Special Committee has retained Morgan Stanley as its financial advisor.
