Reports Taro Pharmaceutical (TARO) In Talks to Be Acquired

According to reports from Reuters, citing the Yedioth Ahronoth daily, Taro Pharmaceutical (Nasdaq: TARO) is in talks to be acquired by Ofer Hi-Tech Group. An offer for Taro could be worth $450 million.
